Primary Responsibilities
- Manage schedule, tasks assignments, coordinate resources for all aspects of the Program/Project Management and reporting of milestone
- Develop and maintain RAID logs (Risk, Action, Issues and Decisions) to ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored, and managed
- Collaborate and Support Solution Architects and other personnel involved in respective customer implementations and operations
- Provide daily operational support, sprint planning and execution, and strategic recommendations
- Work directly with our customers, set appropriate expectations and own the success of the project implementations
- Define, document, and implement project management best practices and process improvements (reduce time to go-live)
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure all stakeholders are aligned during the strategic, operational, planning, and decision-making processes
- Lead and motivate the project team to meet specific deadlines while meeting customer satisfaction expectations
- Develop and communicate project goals, responsibilities, expectations, risks, and feedback with all parties in a timely manner
- Set and manage customer and stakeholder expectations specific for the project
- Communicate project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and business sponsors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in management
- PMP certification, MBA preferred
- Extensive experience using project management and various systems development methodologies including Agile techniques
- Strong familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment both independently as well as part of a team
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle stress while continuing to exhibit a positive leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+
- PMP Certification or MSPS-PM
- Smartsheet Product Certification
- Smartsheet Professional Service Certification
- Experience using Smartsheet Premium products like Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot and Calendar
- Experience using Control Center and Developing Blueprints
- Experience using Smartsheet Resource Management
