Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities
- Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform
- Maintain RAID logs (Risk, Action, Issues and Decisions) to ensure all Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions are identified, monitored, and managed
- Develop and conduct live demonstrations of Smartsheet solutions to customers
- Support activities including requirements collection, data management, solutioning, developing, testing, go-live, and production/operations support
- Utilize tools, processes, and best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Smartsheet
- Prepares work product documentation, training materials, checklists, and standard documents to ensure a high quality of service delivery

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
- 1+ years hands-on working experience with configuration, customization, and implementation of the Smartsheet or other SAAS systems
- Understanding of workflow management and business process reengineering
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end users
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment both independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Smartsheet Product Certification
- 1+ years of experience using Smartsheet Control Center
- 1+ years of experience using Resource Management by Smartsheet
- Knowledge of Smartsheet Premium products like Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot and Calendar
