Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities
- Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform
- Maintain RAID logs (Risk, Action, Issues and Decisions) to ensure all Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions are identified, monitored, and managed
- Develop and conduct live demonstrations of Smartsheet solutions to customers
- Participate in technical design sessions with our Smartsheet solutions architects; and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Continuously coordinate and share relevant technology trends within the Smartsheet ecosystem and work management tools
- Prepares work product documentation, training materials, checklists, and standard documents to ensure a high quality of service delivery

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business process management, business process reengineering, and/or workflow management
- 3+ years of Smartsheet Core Product experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment both independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Smartsheet Product Certification
- Smartsheet Professional Service Certification
- 2+ years of experience using Control Center and Developing Blueprints
- 2+ years of experience using Smartsheet Premium products like Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot and Calendar
- 1+ year(s) of experience using Smartsheet Resource Management
- 1+ year(s) of experience using Bridge
